Refund policy

We love our customers and most of all love happy customers, we go above and beyond to provide a fantastic shopping experience with PrimoWears. We offer hassle and stress free returns. All questions and inquiries can be sent to info@primowears.com with your order number in the subject line. We may ask for a picture of the product if it arrived damaged.

 

Please read our Return and Refund policies carefully:

Returns

We want our customers to be happy. If you need to return one of our products, please note we only ask for you to comply with these conditions:

  1. The item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, and with labels/tags.
  2. For non-EU shipping, PrimoWears has a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  3. For European Union shipping, we honor the 14-day cooling-off period for you to return the items without any justification. However, the item must comply with our return policies. Please see the next point.


To start a return, you must send the receipt or proof of purchase and an image/picture of the product you want to return to  info@primowears.com.

Once we receive your email, we will review that the item complies with our conditions. You will typically receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours.  Once the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send us your package. 

You’ll be issued a refund on your original payment method as soon as we receive the item in our facilities. Please remember that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This is out of our control.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the outlined process above will not be accepted.

Damaged Products


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives at your address, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right. All inquiries can be sent to info@primowears.com.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, unless they are damaged on arrival. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item at info@primowears.com. Please provide your order number in the subject line of the email with your issue or concern in the body.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges


Please reach out to us at info@primowears.com for any issues regarding returns or exchanges. 


European Union 14-day cooling-off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us at info@primowears.com. All returns must be received into our facilities in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, and with labels/tags.
