WHAT ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
All orders over are being shipped to the same address will qualify for free shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or e-packet, depending on your location and the fastest available service. Certain products make take up to 4 days to process before dispatching.
WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE?
Most orders delivered in the United States will be delivered within 4 to 9 business days from item dispatch. However, depending on your location some items could take 4 to 21 days to deliver. During peak season, it may require a few extra days for shipping and processing. You should receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.
If your shipment tracking number shows pre-shipment, in transit, or delivered status, you can be confident that your package is on its way and will be in transit for the length of time associated with your choice of Priority, First Class, or International Shipping.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
If you enter your contact information at checkout, you will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation notice with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Please note that larger-scale items may ship from an alternate location; therefore, your order might arrive in multiple packages delivered at different dates and times. We will provide tracking information for each shipment so you can follow along with the deliveries.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DELAYED?
We’ll do everything we can to track down your package! Check with your neighbors before you email us, and we’ll follow up with the shipping carrier to see what went amiss. Please note we ship with USPS, and losses are insured on a case-by-case basis.
We consider a lost package to have not been delivered 25 business days after the package was shipped.
If the shipment was marked as delivered but cannot be found, we ask that you check with your neighbors and at all property entrances first and let us know if it doesn't turn up within two business days.
Primowears is not liable for any packages lost by the Postal Service or packages marked as delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item if the item was shipped as Priority Mail. If the carrier does not approve the claim, products will not be replaced.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please contact us at info@primowears.com with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order, and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been processed for shipment.
